Per’s area of expertise is in conceptualizing creative approaches to pricing strategies. He works with senior level managers at many of PriceGain’s major clients to develop new ways of implementing effective pricing strategies. Per primarily focuses on identifying measurable returns for changes in a company’s pricing.
Per is a frequent and appreciated speaker at management meetings, group events, private equity summits, universities, business schools and industry forums. Before starting PriceGain in 2003, Per worked for Nokia for three years and prior to that for Hewlett-Packard for ten years. Per has an extensive international experience and has worked out of Stockholm, Geneva, London, San Francisco and Helsinki. Per holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the University of Linköping, Sweden. He completed his graduate thesis at Hewlett-Packard’s corporate headquarters in Palo Alto, California
Göran Skugge, Senior Partner

In more than 25 years as a pricing consultant, Göran has led pricing projects in a variety of industries including airline, media, passenger rail, manufacturing, and retail. His experience covers all aspects of pricing, from change management to implementing revenue management systems and designing innovative pricing strategies. Göran’s specialty is Price Optimization.
Before joining PriceGain, Göran worked as Director of Solutions at Talus Solutions in Mountain View, California and London, England. In this role, Göran’s responsibilities included implementation of Revenue Management Systems for several international airlines. After Talus Solutions, Göran served as Vice President at Veritec Solutions where he was responsible for European projects. His customer focus and strong commitment ensured significant profit improvements for the European clients.
Göran attained a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden. He then attended Stanford University for a second Master of Science, this time in Engineering Economic Systems. His Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering is also from Stockholm’s Royal Institute of Technology.
Pär Hagerström, Senior Partner
With several years of experience as a management consultant, Pär has worked with and managed over 40 strategic pricing projects. He has worked in a range of different industries such as media, retail, telecom, housing construction, heavy industry, wood products, transportation, trade and distribution.
Pär has deep knowledge in areas such as pricing strategy, discount structures, partner pricing, subscription pricing, pricing models, price optimization and how to structure and modularize an offer outside-in. He has worked with all aspects of pricing and has applied these skills in many different business logics such as B2C, B2B and indirectly to businesses and / or consumers through partners both locally and internationally.
Pär holds a M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from the University of Linköping, Sweden and has studied one year abroad at National Tsing Hua University, Hsinchu, Taiwan.
Jenny Leonardson, Director & Head of Consulting
Jenny has a background in the Packaging Industry, mostly towards manufacturing companies. During 12 years she has combined strategic projects and change management together with operating leadership. Jenny joined PriceGain in January 2020, and developed her interest for pricing while being the project leader for a number of pricing projects, with a previous employer.
Prior to PriceGain, Jenny worked at PacsOn for 5 years. As the CEO of two of the companies within the group, she later joined them and did an implementation of personnel re-organisations. She also managed the office and warehouse relocation, changed ERP system and launched a re-branding of the company. During her final 2 years at PacsOn, Jenny was the group’s Business Developer.
Before PacsOn, Jenny worked at Antalis during 7 years where she worked towards building up Antalis Packaging as a greenfield operation in the Nordics, as a part of the European management team with head office in Stuttgart.
Jenny has a Master of Science degree in Business Administration, Economics and Marketing from Stockholm University.
Matilda Hölcke, Director, Head of Marketing & IT
With 10+ years of experience as a management consultant, Matilda has worked with facilitating various projects focusing on profitability and efficiency improvements, organizational and process development as well as communication and change management.
Matilda has previously worked at EY for 6.5 years and, in parallel with her role as a management consultant, she was nationally responsible for EY’s student relations and the project leader of EY’s area integration work. Matilda has also worked with business development at Bankgirot, including developing the business model for Swish (a mobile payment system), as well as governance and pricing for Bankgirot’s future offering. Matilda has been with PriceGain for almost five years and has worked with a range of different pricing projects. Some of her projects consisted of developing new pricing models, pricing strategies and optimal pricing of the customer offering. Matilda is also Head of Marketing at PriceGain.
Matilda has a M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Integrated Product Development, from KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Strategic Brand Management, from Stockholm University.
